The Alphubel is one of the easier 4’000m climbs. Nevertheless the climb requires a good level of endurance.

As a passionate ski tourer this journey through the most dramatic peaks of the Alps is a true must!
Look forward to convivial evenings in cosy mountain huts, fantastic descents in varied and challenging terrain, as well as seemingly endless glaciers!

During this week, you will climb the most interesting and varied ski touring peaks around Zermatt. The crowning is the ascent of the highest Swiss peak, the Dufourspitze 4634m. This offer is organised by the ZERMATTERS Alpine School. Course language: German

The Durfourspitze is with its 4’634 m a.s.l. the hightest peak in Switzerland as well as in the whole German speaking area.

The Nordend (4,609 m a.s.l.), the secondary peak of the Dufourspitze in the massif of Monte Rosa, impresses with its massive appearance and is located on the border between Italy and Switzerland.

On its Italian side, the Signalkuppe bears the highest refuge in the Alps and thus the highest building in Europe
